1. Read our Cancellation and Refund Policy and Terms, Conditions and Liability Waiver Agreement. Indicate your agreement by signing the the agreements.

2. Fill out the Application Form.

3. Fill out the scholarship application form.

4. Send application by email attachments to: shanghaiprogram@gmail.com
Your application should include:
1) a signed agreement of the Cancellation & Refund Policy
2) a signed copy of the Terms, Conditions & Liability Waiver Agreement
3) a scholarship application form with required documents attached (copy of passport, a passport photo of yourself, university transcript, high school graduation diploma/certificate)

All forms and attachments submitted should be scanned. No cell phone photo please.

 

 

 


5. an Interac e-Transfer of CAD$500 program deposit; this deposit will be deducted from the program fee. Email address for the e-transfer: shanghaiprogram@gmail.com,
6. an Interac e-Transfer of CAD$850.00 (or $1650 if you do not have the scholarship) before February 10th to confirm your participation.

Deadline for application is February 10th, 2019. Applications accepted on a first-come first-served basis until program is full. Apply early to avoid disappointment
